My Approach

Sometimes the paths we have taken on this journey called “life” has led us down roads that were often dark, misleading, confusing, disappointing, frustrating, and lonely.

The first step to moving forward, is never being afraid to face those truths that started us down those paths to begin with.

I offer help and healing to individuals needing a lifeline during those times of uncertainties and despair. Through counseling, accountability, courage, and hard work, the road to healing can began.

It’s easy to find ourselves repeating the cycle of certain behaviors both past and present. It’s harder to break those cycles without first getting to the root of the real issues.

To get started you will need to schedule a one time free one on one session with a coach.  Within your first session you will be asked some questions to help me learn a little bit about you. This is important because I want to make sure your coaching sessions are designed to fit your specific situation! In doing so, together we can determine the right plan for you.

There’s no such thing as one plan fits all! It’s important that you choose a plan that is specific for your coaching needs!
